• • Scenario 1 - First Home buyer taking out a Rent to Buy Scenario. Had been told by other brokers that she had no chance of obtaining finance. We obtained the finance at normal housing interest rates.

  • Scenario 2 - Restructure of Borrowings. Clients had taken over sick child's debts and were struggling to make ends meet. We restructured all the borrowings at lower interest rates with lower repayments.

  • Name 3 - Property Saved from Mortgagee Sale. Clients had a property Law Act Notice served on them. They had reasonable equity in their home. We managed to restructure the borrowings to repay the arrears. We then refinanced all the borrowings 6 months later when they had proven they could cope with the new restructured borrowing levels.
