Extra Credit

Throughout the year, students often ask about opportunities for extra credit.

I will compile some options for you below.  Even if you're doing great in the class, these could be fun ways to further engage with the material and talk to Morgan about math and science!

Algebra 1 + Algebra II Extra Credit Options

"We Are All Bad at Math"

2. Write a paragraph summary of the article

3. Write a paragraph reflection on a time you felt bad at math, and how you overcame it or what impact it has had on you

4. Ask Morgan to share his story from college of when he got a 25% on a math test!  (Yes, that was a 25/100 on the test!!) 

Convert Images Into Documents

I often take pictures of the whiteboard with lots of examples, notes, and equations. I need to convert these into text documents that can be shared with students and used in the future. You could take the photos and create nice documents.
