I simply seasoned with Montego's Special Seasoning some salmon fillets, pan seared and garnished with slices of lemon. It was simply awesome. Enjoy your pan seared salmon and send me a recipe you created with my special seasoning.
SERVINGS 4 / UNITS US
4 (6 ounce) fillets salmon
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 slices lemonÂ
1 ounce package Montego's Special Seasoning
Directions
Coat salmon with olive oil and pure half the package of Montego's Special Seasoning in a large bowl. Mix the salmon fillets where the are all coated and cover. Place in the refrigerator for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Preheat a large heavy skillet over medium heat for 3 minutes.
Place in skillet, and increase heat to high. Cook for 3 minutes. Sprinkle Montego's Special Seasoning on top of fillets. Turn salmon over, and cook for 5 minutes, or until browned. Salmon is done when it flakes easily with a fork.
Garnish with lemon slices.
