Self-defence is never without boundaries, Germany has the boundaries stated within its legal framework - self-defence means any defensive action which is necessary to avert a present unlawful act, international law terms the boundaries as "disproportionate force" as per US law "a person is privileged to use such force as reasonably appears necessary to defend himself or herself against apparent threat..."
President Biden nor Mr. Blinken is above law they cannot create a myth what is happening in Gaza is about self-defence or it's about fighting terrorism. There is no threat for Israeli (cowards) forces from a civilian population held under siege with no access to food, water or medicine, that the US, and Germany can give Israeli forces diplomatic cover to incinerate live beings in front of their family members, please don't give the dumb lie or it being a mistake, for Israeli military gadget informs them what material is on the ground and they know the risk of fire is imminent ( a reality your professionals and your office would be clearly aware of).
There is no threat from the population being bombed, as the population is being bombed from air from a safe distance, modern war has become a coward's paradise, the powerful military bombs from above and after bombing and decimating the entire area, they go in groups siting inside tanks and then shot at civilians, hospital and even children.

From the realm of UN and its organs to the western media of all form and sizes, the act injustice to Palestinians starts with the first sentence when you state, “October 7th 2023 attack by Hamas on Israel led to this war”. Even before a conversation can take form you have made your judgement and hope to shape the narrative of your audience in those lines. Have you ever thought of analysing what you emphatically state:
a) Relevance of the first sentence: you introduce a topic, you make you stance clear to lay the foundation for your frame, human mind often catches the start and the end and so you are conditioning your audience with your bias, you ensure an emotional response that you seek to elicit.
b) You state the beginning is 7th October 2023, a fallacy Israel wants to propagate and strengthen, and you ignore: the murders of Palestinians before that,
a) you ignore Israel State Hostage Taking of children and their illegal detention without charging for years and at times decades,
b) you ignore and condone the illegal land grab of Palestinian land by Israel,
c) you consider destruction of water sources not an issue worthy of international persistent attention,
d) you state through your silence Israel, the occupying power, is a privileged lot who can built a wall of separation between illegal occupying population and the occupied legitimate owners of the land,
e) you never call for judicial review when illegal takeover of land is legalised by Israel Court when it has no right to (indicating how even the legal system of Israel is Criminal when it comes to concept of and right for Israel State and Israelis),
f) you ignore the continuous surveillance that exist within Gaza and parts of West Bank, at times the cameras are directly pointing to inside houses of Palestinians,
g) you ignore the people from press killed through direct targeting even before 7th October,
h)you ignore the number of lives lost because medical care delayed as the Israelis have numerous check point and they delay the process just to indicate their power, for Israelis through their surveillance and algorithm know about the details of the vehicle, ownership and who are likely to be the occupants as identification is in the system and raw data from vehicle visible and so if any delay occurs in case of medical care it is done on purpose to torture and show power of control ( a reality you will be surely aware as you do have digital experts),
i) you ignore the attack on sovereignty or independence of Palestinians to govern when you let Government of Israel steal the money they collect as taxes on behalf of Palestinians which they do only to spite and indicate Palestinians are incapable of governing themselves,
j) you kept quite when Palestinian groups raised funds for Gaza port and the process was stopped by Israel claiming it would be anti-Semitic to fund project for Gaza,
k) all of you including UN and its organs never thought it is a total and complete violation of an ethnic group trying to protect their sense of independence and right to exist,
l) you never questioned the right of United States to be a mediator when it was biased from the word go and it used its role and veto power to ensure only injustice was and is delivered to Palestine and its people,

The concept and term of terror within international debates has been highlighted for its ambiguity and scope for use in different ways. But this instant creates a definitive moment where Terror reign supreme among Palestinians as Israel tries different methods of war and criminal acts on the Palestinian population.
An infant bid farewell to this violent world that tortured her with sounds too loud for her heart to endure. She died in her frightened mother’s arms in a matter of seconds, after Israeli bombardment resounded in their place of stay.
The devastated mother says “If my daughter had some health issues her passing away would not have devastated me this much. There would have been time to come to terms with her death. But my daughter died from fear, in seconds. She died in my arms in a minute, then they took her away. It all happened in may be 15 minutes”.
“From sound of bombardment she got scared. I am her mother, at times, I feel my heart is going to stop”.
“With every strike I would worry for my daughter. At the end, her heart couldn’t take it”.
There is no ambiguity, we, the human race, let Israel terrorise the little one, even when cradled in her mother’s arms, to leave this world forever.
Israel exists within a divided reality, where fear is nurtured with great care, the fear of being the victims of acts of anti-humanity is held on to as a fuel to ensure the dream of greater Israel. It is this fear that ensures Israeli perception their lives are worthy and others are irrelevant reality. There is no other explanation for the total disregard and not a second thought about 40,000 plus Palestinians massacred by Israel in the name of self defence. It is not just the Israeli government but majority of Israeli society is complicit to the war crimes and genocide carried out in Gaza. What is shocking is the fact that it does not even register in Israeli mind, may be Palestinians have a right to exist or it is inhuman what Israeli forces are doing in Gaza. This fact should throw light as to why one-state solution is inhuman beyond imagination.
