Previous Application Process:
The following is an overview of the application process, for future reference. Please read this overview and follow the instructions to submit an application.
Determine if you are eligible to participate in the program.
Read over the eligibility requirements.
Download, print, and complete the Mobile Apps for Hartford application.
Have your Mobile CSP teacher complete the required teacher recommendation form
Submit your complete application with your teacher recommendation by May 21, 2018.
Completed applications can be e-mailed to plakealm@gmail.com
Parent/student phone interview with project leader
During the interview you will be asked to confirm that you are available the entire duration of the program July 9 - August 3 (four weeks).
Internship offer
The number of positions available will be contingent on the availability of funding.
If you are selected to be a Mobile Apps for Hartford intern, you will be notified via mail and e-mail. An official offer letter will be sent to the address you indicated on your application.
Some applicants may receive a notice that they have been wait listed. In that case, if someone declines the offer, you will be offered the next available position.
Final Acceptance
If you receive an internship offer letter, you must reply within one week letting us know if you accept or decline the offer.
