App Description: Say Something alerts the Hartford Police Department of crimes such as domestic violence, gang activity, vandalism,drug activity, loitering and theft over a period of time; something that most other apps do not offer. This functionality will help the Hartford Police department better allocate their resources to help reduce crime and improve the Hartford community. The easy-to-use interface also will draw users to the app. Say Something will also incorporate information about topics about domestic abuse, drug abuse and gang activities. Hotline phone numbers are also a button click away. In addition, the app offers the ability to send a emergency text message with your current geographic location to a contact of your choice.
