The goal of this site is to provide the most up to date information for the 2023-24 swim season.
States will be on Maui
February 9 & 10, 2024
CONDITIONING WILL START:
October 2, 2023
If you do not begin to train with the team by November 6, 2023, you will have to complete a skills test to be eligible to be on the swim team this year.
Please have your Athletic Clearance (Pink slip) and have your PARENTS E-mail Coach Mark PRIOR to your first practice.

Wednesdays Practices are MANDATORY TEAM Practices! 6:30 - 8pm at Salt Lake district park.
Everyone should be swimming/ training everyday. You cannot get faster by comming to practice once a week.
Come to practice and train as part of the team, please do not be disruptive or you will be asked to leave. you have three chances prior to dismissal from the team.

Tuesday 6:30 - 8p Aiea
Wednesday 6:30 - 8p Salt lake
Friday 6:30 -8p Salt lake
Saturday 8:30 - 12p Salt lake
Please check e-mails for your entries and be prepared for what you will be swimming in the upcoming meet.
Meeting times for all swim meets and time trials are listed in the Team Announcements that are E-mailed weekly.
Please make travel arrangements TWO weeks prior for all swim meets and time trials.
