Welcome to the Home of the Moanalua High School Swim Team.
The goal of this site is to provide the most up to date information for the 2025-26 swim season.
States will be on the big Island
February 13 & 14 , 2026
CONDITIONING WILL START:
October 1, 2025
If you do not begin to train with the team by November 7, 2025, you will have to complete a skills test to be eligible to be on the swim team this year.
Please have your Athletic Clearance (Pink slip) and have your PARENTS E-mail Coach Mark PRIOR to your first practice.

Last Day of tryouts:
Friday November 7, 2025.
Testing:
10 minutes without stopping,
swim a 500 freestyle under 10 minutes
200 im with decent form.
Must be willing and able to swim another event (other than 50 and 100 freestyle and breaststroke) proficiently to pass the tryout process.
Mandatory Parent Student Athlete Meeting:
Tuesday November 18, 2025. 6:30p At Moanalua HS GYM.
We will watch the Risk video and have an actual parent meeting. Please bring a pen to sign the team agreement and risk forms
MANDATORY TEAM Practices:
Wednesdays 6:30 - 8pm at Salt Lake district park.
Team commitment:
Two practices a week are the Minimum requirement to remain on good standing with the team. If you swim for and outside club, please inform your other coach and set up a practice schedule with the high school coaching staff. If you have other commitments, please work out a schedule that can accommodate the practice requirements.
No communication from either the student athlete or parent for a prolonged period will lead to dismissal from the team.
