March 2019 Meeting: March 6, 2019

Please join us for our meeting on Wednesday, March 6, 2019 from 8:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. at the Ramsey County Government Center. This month, we are continuing our theme of Records and Information Management (RIM) best practices and standards with an email policy implementation case study from Susan Dickens from the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR). Email messages can be official records when created or received in the transaction of public business. This presentation will discuss how and why the DNR created a new email policy and the training tools they used to implement it.
