We all know that historical events don't happen. George Washington didn't just spring up on a horse and was ready to fight for freedom. This presentation will talk about what the women were doing during the American Revolution. There will be resources for you to use in the classroom to help the students see the whole picture and how the roles of women helped in the war effort on both the British and the American side.
