Selecting Music for Body, Mind, Spirit and Voice (3-8)

Choosing music for the class to sing in worship can be a daunting task, especially given the enormous amount of resources to sort through. However, finding choral music with a meaningful text and engaging music that children enjoy, will foster a love for singing in worship so that students and junior choir members look forward to participating in song. The purpose of this sectional is to give classroom teachers and choir directors music samples and strategies for selecting and teaching choral music that will engage the body, mind, spirit and voice of students.
