Education has changed greatly during my 55 many years as a student and teacher. Personally, my experiences with teaching and administration have evolved from not using technology at all to using it quite a bit (and even growing to depend on it!). It's an understatement to say that families and children have changed, too. In one essential way, however, things have not changed. The mission of Christian education remains the same: to train our children for lives of faithful service to their God, and to prepare them to live in eternity with their Savior. During my presentation I will share anecdotes, experiences, insights, and a few opinions from a career in teaching. God used these to keep me focused, and to teach me how to do Christian education effectively.
