Playing with Fire (1-8)

This presentation is intended to get educators fired up about doing hands on activities with their students in science. The presentation includes various examples of activities that can be done with a variety of age groups as well as handouts of some of the activities that Ms. Szczepaniak has done in her classroom.

About the presenter - Katie Szczepaniak has worked at St. Mark in Green Bay for five years. This is her third year as the seventh grade homeroom and middle school science teacher. Ms. Szczepaniak has a love for science and enjoys setting up engaging hands on activities for her students to do.
