Recruiting Outside Our Comfort Zone

This presentation will give ideas on how to market and recruit students that we may feel are outside our comfort zone. During the presentation, attendees will learn how strength finders could be an asset to marketing and recruiting as well as learn how to develop a vision traction organizer for their school.

About the presenter, Michelle Cambrice - Michelle Cambrice is Principal at Pilgrim Lutheran School in Minneapolis, MN. Michelle is a school leader who is dedicated and committed to increased student achievement by creating a school culture that is stimulating, encouraging, and supportive to all students. Before becoming Principal at Pilgrim Lutheran School, Michelle taught grades seven and eight and was Athletic Director. Michelle also taught for two years at HOPE Christian High School in Milwaukee, WI. Michelle has a passion for urban education. She believes all students can succeed with strong school leadership, parental involvement, student engagement, community support, and teacher efficacy.

Michelle is a graduate of Concordia University, St. Paul, MN, where she received her Masters of Art degree in Educational Leadership, and she is also a graduate of Martin Luther College, New Ulm, MN.
