New Teacher Induction (NTI) is a collaborative partnership dedicated to supporting new teachers. New teachers who participated in induction performed better at various aspects of teaching, such as adjusting classroom activities to meet students’ interests and demonstrating successful classroom management. Their students also showed higher scores, or gains, on academic achievement tests. This can benefit the entire school community.
