Emily Carroll serves as a Resource Teacher (MTSS Teacher or Tier 2 and Tier 3 Intervention Specialist) at Bloomington Living Hope Lutheran School. She has been in this role for seven years. 

Prior to this role, Emily served as a classroom teacher in the upper grades for 3 years. Additionally, she is working on obtaining her Masters Degree in Special Education through MLC.
