Spiritual and Emotional Resilience for Christian Educators
Teaching is a sacred calling—and an emotionally demanding one. This session invites Christian educators to reflect on their own mental and emotional wellness through the lens of faith, neuroscience, and practical self-care. Drawing from A Guide to Mental and Emotional Wellness, we’ll explore biblical truths about rest, boundaries, and renewal, while equipping participants with tools to manage stress, prevent burnout, and stay rooted in their purpose. Come ready to reconnect with your “why,” learn to recognize signs of emotional fatigue, and walk away with actionable strategies for sustaining resilience in the classroom and beyond.
