Promoting Academic Integrity in the Age of AI

This roundtable will give teachers an opportunity to share and receive ideas for how to approach education now that students and teachers have powerful AI language learning models at their fingertips. That goal is to give teachers confidence as we approach new ways to educate and assess to ensure each student is learning and completing their own work.

Stephen Gurgel has served as a theology and history teacher at West Lutheran High School since 2021. Before that he spent 8 years as principal and upper grades teacher in Rapid City, SD.
