Healthy, Active Kids Perform Better
Physical Education and movement are necessary components to the daily schedule, as active, healthy kids perform better in all areas of the school day. “Moving to learn and learning to move” is more than just a play on words; it is a meaningful relationship that justifies everyday physical education and promotes opportunities for movement within the classroom setting to prepare for, stimulate, and reinforce learning.
