Recently, many WELS schools and federations have put an increased emphasis on building stronger curricula in the secular subject areas. How does this process look as we move beyond the ChristLight program into a new WELS theology curriculum for our Lutheran schools? What types of instructional programs and materials are being planned for the diverse students and ministries that God is placing before us? WELS Curriculum Coordinator Melanie Giddings, the theology curriculum project lead, will share why there is a need, how the process is being structured, and what components are being designed as this project moves forward.
