Middle Management

A sectional exploring classroom management for upper grades. We will examine practices to support independence and responsibility as we prepare students to leave our schools, and explore the dynamics of boundaries and connections in the middle school classroom.

Ben Clemons is the Assistant Provost for Faculty Care and Development and the Professor of Urban Education at Martin Luther College, where he teaches courses on Classroom Management, Urban Education, and Responsive Teaching. Dr. Clemons has served as a principal and a classroom teacher at schools in Milwaukee, WI as well as teaching English in China at Hangzhou Normal University before coming to MLC.
