Administrative Challenges With Hiring

Finding and hiring quality, qualified staff is a challenge that many of us are facing in our ECE programs.  In this session we will share strategies to search for and retain quality, qualified staff and move forward with plans to retain them as WELS hired staff.

Jamie Fischer serves as the Pre-K4 teacher and Director at St. John's Roots to Wings Learning Center in Lake City.  She also serves as one of the Early Childhood District Coordinators for the Minnesota District.  She graduated from MLC in 2001 and has dedicated the majority of her ministry to Early Childhood Ministry.
