Lisa Reiner

Administrator/Toddler Guide

Lisa received her Bachelor's of Arts in Liberal Arts, English, and Psychology from the College of Notre Dame and AMS Certification from AERCO Montessori in Philadelphia, PA. She and her husband, Jon, keep busy with their children; Maya, Ella, Bria, and Eric. Little Foot and Scamp, the family dogs, have taken up any downtime she may have had!

Marion Barget

Primary Guide

Marion is a graduate of Towson University with a Bachelor's of Arts Degree in Early Childhood Education. She completed her certification at MCMS and joined our team 8 years ago. Her hobbies include biking and running, as well as enjoying warm, sunny days outside. Marion and her husband, Kyle, welcomed twins, Mason and Karter, on 12/19/16.

Angela Khan

Primary Guide

Angela received her Montessori Certification in Primary (3-6) from NAMC. In addition, she is currently pursuing a degree in special education from WGU. Angela and her husband, Sameer, are kept busy with their six children, Jazmyne, Adam, Hana, Sami, DJ and Sophia. As a family they enjoy traveling, hiking and cooking.

Jesalyn Gordon

Elementary Guide

Jesalyn graduated from Towson University with a Bachelor's degree in Theatre Arts. After creating a drama program with an after school care company, she joined Urban Teachers. During that time, Jesalyn earned a dual Masters degree in Elementary Education and Special Education. She taught for 5 years in Baltimore City Public Schools, three of which with a Montessori charter. She is putting the finishing touches on her Lower and Upper Elementary Montessori certification with the Center for Guided Montessori Studies. She enjoys spending her free time with her family: Chase (husband), Lachlan (son), Gracie and Obie (dogs). She also performs in plays as often as possible, has a reading list a mile long, and enjoys playing Xbox online with friends and family.

Karin Bright

Elementary Assistant

Karin graduated from the University of Maryland with a B.S. in Elementary Education and then worked ten years at a Friends School. She later went on to earn a Masters degree in the Reading Specialist program at Loyola University and has spent the last 15 years working at a school for dyslexic students as a language skills teacher. Her daughter Luci keeps her and husband Chris on their toes! When Karin can find the time, she enjoys playing volleyball, reading and live music.
