About the Workshop

The workshop brings together leading scholars and young researchers interested in behavioral aspects of organizations. The program will consist of 15 presentations, encompassing both theoretical contributions as well as empirical research using laboratory experiments and field data.

Topics of the workshop include but are not restricted to:

• The psychological foundations of incentives
• The determinants of work morale
• The roles of corporate culture, leadership, communication and coordination
• The relationship between organizational characteristics and employee performance
