TOMORROW, REMEMBER YESTERDAY
Like so many others, Jon Bayliss was killed by MoD’s negligence and flat refusal to apply mandated regulations. False declarations were made that they had been implemented.
These repeated failures are so gross, so reprehensible, and fall so far below the standards expected, they are criminal. ‘Manslaughter’ is generous. The impact on the bereaved is no less than that of murder.
