WE WILL HAVE A COMPLETE INVENTORY LIST SHORTLY.
The Mifflin Township Road Department employees have many responsibilities for the maintenance of Township roads for the welfare of residents. Some of these responsibilities include patching and paving and all general maintenance to the roadways; mowing along roads; installing and maintaining storm and drainage tile; installing and cleaning drive culverts and open ditches; snow removal; cutting trees and brush that cause roadway hazards; picking up leaves; and general maintenance of all Township buildings, tools and equipment.
The Township attempts, as the budget allows, to asphalt or chip and seal as many roads as we can every year.
