Dessert/Tea Board – served at 3:00 PM
Mini quiches, butter tarts, puff pastries, Parmesan shortbread, and strawberry hand pies
Please note- you will need to bring your feast gear- NO disposables will be provided.
- Apple Tarts: Flour, butter, salt, sugar, ginger, honey, milk, eggs, and apples
- Dark Bread: Flour, salt, yeast, caraway seeds, dark cocoa powder, molasses, butter, sugar or honey, vegetable oil.
- Breakfast sausages: store bought: label will be available to diners
- Chicken Salad: roasted chicken, Craisins, grapes, pecans, salt, pepper, salad greens, assorted fruit.
- Coleslaw dressing label will be available to diners.
- Pork: Turbanado/brown sugar, black pepper, kosher salt, white pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, ground muster, ground cumin. Glazed with yellow mustard, which cooks off.
Butter Tarts, mini quiches, parmesan shortbreads, strawberry hand pies, pastries
Dessert board: ingredients:
- Butter Tarts: Flour, salt, baking powder, shortening, eggs, vinegar, water, raisins, brown sugar, butter, vanilla extract
- Mini quiches: Flour, salt, baking powder, shortening, eggs, vinegar, water, ham, potatoes, cheese, nutmeg, heavy cream
- Parmesan shortbread: butter, powdered sugar, black pepper, salt, AP flour, Parmesan cheese
- Hand pies: Flour, salt, baking powder, shortening, eggs, vinegar, water, canned strawberry filling.
- Puff pastry packets: butter, AP flour, salt, water, guava paste, cream cheese
- Cinnamon Swirls: butter, AP flour, salt, water, cinnamon, sugar.
Again- food is part of your site fee and will include: breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea. Please note- you will need to bring your feast gear- NO disposables will be provided.
The site has lots of picnic tables and we have a covered (A/C) building for registration, classes, and seating.
