Please accept this expression of interest in a leadership opportunity. I am a mature business professional with a cosmopolitan view and excellent diplomatic skills. With thirty-five years of practice in public accounting and Management Advisory Services, I seek the next leadership role that would benefit from my diversified, financial and general management experience. I can travel as necessary and relocate easily. A virtual work environment with telecommuting is acceptable.
Within the past ten years I have: met with officials in the South Pacific to promote qualifications in connection with Sustainable Development Programs; participated with KPMG to serve as on-site leader in a Fiscal Agent proposal for a major infrastructure compact ($235M) between Millennium Challenge Corporation and the Government of Armenia; worked with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation as it took troubled banks that were connected with the US sub-prime crisis into receivership; traveled to the Caribbean to present qualifications for service as CFO or Contract Consultant for a prominent regional academic institution.
My core training is in accounting/finance and I have developed skills in general management and business operations through extensive, diversified experience. I can readily assume senior and executive management responsibilities for an organization, at headquarters or in the field as VP, Project Director, CFO, or Contract Consultant. I have demonstrated leadership skills in government and several industrial groups including: banking, financial services, insurance and real estate; hospitals and health care; manufacturing, utilities and energy; retailing and merchandising.
As a seasoned manager and consultant, I use an A-B-C approach for all projects. My project methodology is 100% successful in any environment and can be described as follows:

* Identify Best Practices to develop and achieve the project goals.
* Successfully Consummate the project through a realistic work plan.
Further, I have a proven track record implementing controls, increasing revenue opportunities, reducing costs and improving executive decision processes.
