Michael Auman CPA

Mr. Auman has over forty years of senior-level experience in diversified business operations and accounting/finance, including ten years in the healthcare industry. After the Big 4 and management positions in industry, he established Auman Associates in 1979, a general management consulting firm. He served there as Managing Director for fifteen years, providing project oriented consulting with an emphasis on cost control and profit improvement. After an orientation to international work as a Business Advisor for Peace Corps in Russia and Estonia, he has continued with contract consulting on a worldwide basis.

Michael's core training is in accounting/finance and he has developed skills in general management and business operations through extensive, diversified experience. His skills have acceded to the level of Partner at any company, including the premier firms, and his practice falls under the division of Management Consulting Services in the accounting profession. He can readily assume senior and executive management responsibilities for an organization, at headquarters or in the field as VP, Project Director, CFO or Contract Consultant.

As a seasoned manager and consultant, Michael uses an A-B-C approach for all projects. Simply put, the methodology is as follows.
