GROUNDHOG DAY
My dissertation defense will be held on the Huntington Campus at 1:00 PM on February 2, 2015 in Jenkins Hall room 219. Committee members joining from the South Charleston campus may use GC room 226 to connect via Polycom. A copy of my slideshow, an oral defense approval form, and a draft of my dissertation are archived below.
CONTINGENCY PLANS
If the Polycom is unable to establish a connection between the South Charleston campus and Jenkins Hall room 219, then we can communicate using a telephone conference call. Please call Jenkins Hall room 219 directly or Emilie Walker to establish a conference call.
If a committee member is unable to travel to the Huntington or South Charleston Campus, then I invite you to join by conference call. Please call Jenkins Hall room 219 directly or Emilie Walker to establish a conference call.
If Jenkins Hall room 219 becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, then the individuals on the Huntington campus can meet in the Drinko Library room 234. Committee members in South Charleston can join using a telephone conference call by calling Emilie Walker.
