A session is 50 minutes.
Session Fee: $200–275
I offer a flexible fee range in order to keep therapy and coaching accessible while also taking into account current professional standards. You are welcome to simply select the rate that best matches your current financial circumstances. There is no difference in our work together based on the fee you choose.
Some clients ask how this compares to industry norms. For context, therapists with my level of experience seem to charge between $200–350 per session, and executive coaching sessions are commonly $400+. Presently, I prefer a flexible model to maintain accessibility.
Insurance: If you wish to bill your insurance company, it will be for out-of-network services and you will be provided with a properly formatted statement for that purpose.
Payment within 24 hours of the session is preferred. Otherwise, a SimplePractice message with a link to a statement (or superbill if requested) will be emailed to you automatically on the 3rd of every month by SimplePractice.
