The ASF College Fair is in it's 42nd year! 

The fair will take place on a Friday morning during our students' regular school day with the majority of the participants being ASF Upper School students (approx. 700 in total). Also invited are ASF community member (families).

Participation Fee

There is a $50 USD fee to participate used to cover the associated costs of the fair.

9:00 a.m. - 11:55 a.m.

9:00 a.m. - 11:55 a.m. College Fair open to ASF students and community members 

9:00 a.m. - 9:55 a.m. Open to 11th graders, 12th graders, and parents

10:00 a.m. - 10:55 a.m. Open to 9th - 12th graders, and parents

11:00 a.m. - 11:50 a.m. Lunch at ASF

12:00 p.m. Bus leaves for Eton

One large table, a tablecloth, water, coffee, breakfast, and lunch. Wifi will be available!

1. Brochures and your institutional banners or tablecloth. Table displays, but not floor displays, are allowed within an institution's designated space and should remain within the parameters of the table space. Aisles must be kept completely clean of materials and displays. 

2. Electronic devices; just make sure they're charged!

3. Swag is appreciated by students.

PLEASE NOTE: A MAXIMUM OF TWO REPRESENTATIVES FOR EACH INSTITUTION CAN PARTICIPATE. THIRD PARTY VENDORS WILL NOT BE ALLOW ONTO CAMPUS FOR SETTING UP THE TABLE.

There will be a bus to bring university guests from the Marriott Reforma to ASF the morning of the fair. The departure time for the bus will 7:00 a.m.
