About the fair
The ASF College Fair is in its 43rd year!
The fair will take place on a Friday morning during our students' regular school day with the majority of the participants being ASF Upper School students (approx. 700 in total). Also invited are ASF community member (families).
About us
Founded in Mexico City in 1888, The American School Foundation is the oldest continuously operating accredited American School outside the U.S.
ASF is a non-profit organization that delivers a high-quality American independent education to international and Mexican students.

Participation Fee: There is a $55 USD fee to participate used to cover the associated costs of the fair.
Deadline: The deadline to apply is September 1, 2026 thought please keep in mind that the fair is typically at capacity prior to that date.
What we will provide
One large table, a tablecloth, water, coffee, breakfast, and lunch. Wifi will be available!
What you should bring
1. Brochures and your institutional banners or tablecloth. Table displays, but not floor displays, are allowed within an institution's designated space and should remain within the parameters of the table space. Aisles must be kept completely clean of materials and displays.
2. Electronic devices; just make sure they're charged!
3. Swag is appreciated by students.
PLEASE NOTE: A MAXIMUM OF TWO REPRESENTATIVES FOR EACH INSTITUTION CAN PARTICIPATE. THIRD PARTY VENDORS WILL NOT BE ALLOW ONTO CAMPUS FOR SETTING UP THE TABLE.

We will provide ASF buses to bring university guests from the Marriott Reforma to ASF the morning of the fair. The departure time from the hotel for the bus will 7:00 a.m.
At the end of the fair, Eton will host buses to take universities guests who are participating in their fair to their campus.
Uber is widely used in Mexico City.
