Our meetings are held on the second Monday of each month, September through May at 7:00 pm at the Menomonee Falls Public Library, W156 N8446 Pilgrim Rd.
At the meetings, you will be able to learn about our regular business and what is happening with our Activity Groups and Socials. We have a fun schedule of programs arranged for the year that will include guest speakers and activities to provide our members with a variety of engaging topics. Members also have plenty of time to socialize and get to know other women in the club.
September 2, 2020 Our first meeting of the year was Wednesday at Rotary Park at 6 pm.
October, 2020 We met for a pot luck gathering at Rotary Park.
Spring, 2021 We met at Rotary Park to discuss plans for the upcoming year.
April 2020 Meetings have been cancelled for the remainder of our current year.
March 9, 2020 Travel program Our March speaker will be a travel agent who will be answering some questions on travel related issues with the coronavirus and other travel interests.
February 10, 2020 Joseph “Joe” Romas, AAMS, a financial advisor, will be speaking on “Take control of your financial life: Smart financial strategies for every stage of life”. This talk is geared specifically toward women and their financial considerations. Joe will be followed by Attorney Al Spiegel who will be discussing wills and trusts.
January 13, 2020 Pottery Project Our speaker is a retired art teacher and very accomplished potter. She is going to teach us to make our own little project, so it might be a good idea to dress in old clothes. Also, it would be helpful if you could bring newspapers to help cover tables and keep the library clean. You’re not going to want to miss this!
December 9, 2019 Winter Wonderland Christmas Banquet at Silver Spring Country Club.
November 11, 2019 Cyber Security Our November program will be presented by an officer from the Menomonee Falls Police Department, speaking on cyber security. I’m looking forward to this one. I think it should be pretty informative and interesting.
October 14, 2019 Hot Air Ballooning This month’s program will be a talk by Nick White, owner/ operator of Flying in Harmony. The bucket list item of hot air ballooning exists in Wisconsin. Don’t miss this “uplifting” chance to learn more about ballooning opportunities from this award winning pilot!

May 2015: Hard to believe the year is coming to a close. We have had many interesting meetings this year. We had a couple come and describe the process for training dogs to be guide dogs. We had someone speak to us about searching for your ancestry using local and online resources. We had a cook off, where members brought in delicious appetizers. The teen song and dance group, AOK, put on a great performance to get us into the holiday season. Our annual Christmas party with a gift exchange was lots of fun.
October 2014: October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. We will be having a radiologist from Community Memorial speak to us about breast cancer.
September 2014: We are planning for a get to know you game, descriptions of our hobby boards (activity groups) and sign ups, a few suggestions we have for changes, a chance to pay your dues and a collective snack from your board members.
May 2014: Join us for our annual Ice Cream Social and chance to catch up and plan activities for the summer months.
April 2014: Jayne Jenks, from the Waukesha County Parks Department presented a very nice presentation on water conservation in our yards and neighborhoods.
March 2014: Lynn spoke to us about Zentangle and we all had a chance to try this doodling activity to help de-stress our lives.
February 2014: Kosta from the Flower Source spoke to us about the upcoming growing season and answered questions about how the winter has affected our plants.
January 2014: Barb Watters from the Village Center BID Downtown District spoke to us about businesses in the downtown area and events that are held throughout the year.
December 2013: We held our annual Christmas party meeting.
November 2013: We had a health practitioner speak to us about current health trends with regards to nutrition, diet, etc.
October 2013: Bill Stedman from Safe International spoke to us about defensive actions we can take to protect ourselves.
September 2013: Come to our September meeting to learn about the programs we have scheduled for the year.
April 2013: Safety in Menomonee Falls was the topic of the discussion presented by a MF detective and police officer.
March 2013: Members shared some hobbies that they enjoy such as knitting, crocheting, scrap booking, and travel.
February 2013: We all brought in t-shirts and learned how to recycle them into other useful items like scarves, tank tops and bags.

March 12, 2012: The program this month is Women's Heart Health. A nurse clinician specializing in cardiology will discuss women's heart issues and heart health.
February 13, 2012: Bring your favorite appetizer in tiny servings for everyone to try and win a prize or just come and vote for your favorite and get good ideas for your next party.
January 9, 2012: We had a fun night of ice breaker type games with a prize for everyone. It was a great way to learn more about our friends both new and old.
December 12, 2011: This month will be our annual holiday meeting with our white elephant gift exchange.
November 14, 2011: We will be painting another brick, like the pumpkins we made last year.
October 10, 2011: A Members Make it-Take it Craft night. We will be using Martha Stewart's adhesive stencils to paint glass candle holders or vases.
September 12, 2011: We will be explaining the Hobby Boards for the year and offering members the opportunity to sign up for what interests them.
