Foot Locker Western Regional Trip in December 2019 Cross Country Season (Maybe)
Team Awards Banquet in December Discontinued

Claim Check Must be Used for our team to receive credit from your purchase

Important: Please do not rely on stores to provide a blank claim check as they do not maintain a large supply and it slows down their ability to service orders in a timely manner. Keep your receipts if any discrepancies come up after your designated pizza night.

Please remind your supporters: Before placing order, mention that it is a pizza night order to the customer service representative. Upon picking up your order, delivery, or paying for your dine in, turn in the bottom portion of the Pizza Night flyer ("claim check"). NO CLAIM CHECK = NO CREDIT!

Please remind your supporters about these conditions otherwise your organization may not get credit for their sales:

Carefully read the instructions on the flyer and use the claim check at the bottom so your group is properly credited,
Only regular priced food items qualify for Pizza Night sales
- does NOT qualify for Pizza Night: Buffet sales, coupons, using VIP cards and ANY specials including (but not limited to) Big New Yorker, Big Dinner Box, previous & current advertised items, etc. & purchase of Literacy Card and/or Gift Certificates
Only USING a Literacy Card and second pizza discounts are allowed
Please do not solicit Pizza Night sales and/or cash donations in or around the stores.
Pizza Night is not valid at UH campus, Airport, Target stores or Taco Bell Stores that sell limited Pizza Hut items

Pizza Night results are sent via email as follows:

Monday and Tuesday Pizza Night results are emailed Friday afternoon of that week.

Wednesday Pizza Night results are emailed Friday afternoon of the following week.
