4:30 PM All Team Members Report and Help Set Up Tents and Tables
4:45 PM Team Picture Taking (Beginning)
4:55 PM Team Activities TBA or Free Time
5:30 PM 14 Hour Relay Begins First & Second Shift Need to Report (All Athletes Need to Help Record the Laps)
NO DINNER THIS YEAR!!!
9:30 PM Keep the Noise Down From Now On (We Don't Want Any Complaints Going To Admin)
10:00 PM Movie Begins (Please Bring DVD's for Approval by the Coaches)
Sunday, September 1st
12:00 AM School Parking Gates will close till around 5:30 AM Sunday
7:00 AM All Team Members Must Help With Breaking Down Tents, Tables, Trash and Clean up
7:20 AM Last Shift Begins
7:25 AM All Team Members Will Run the last lap together
7:30 AM 14 Hour Relay Ends
7:35 AM Team Picture Taking after clean up
7:45 AM Coaches will Dismiss the Team Provided Everything is Done

Pledge Sheet and Money Due Monday, August 27 6:00 PM - 6:15 PM by Football Concession
All athletes need a minimum of $40.00 per person this season
The first $0.00 will be deducted from each athlete to help cover all relay & food cost
Dinner, Drinks and Snacks during the 14 relay will be provided
(Parents) Let the coaching staff know if you would like to attend or donate snacks
DO NOT INVITE ANYONE NOT ON THE TEAM! This is open to current athletes only unless prior approval by the Head Coach
Everyone must stay in the football stadium and track
Gym or R Building Locker Room unless accompanied by one of the coaches
No one is allowed to go to any part of the campus without coaches approval
All athletes must stay the entire time unless prior approval from a parent in writing and Head Coaches approval
Coaches are responsible for all athletes and team managers during the entire 14 hour relay event
This is a team event and open to all current team members, coaches, parents and invited guest
No one is allowed to leave the relay at anytime even if you live in the apartments or houses near the school
Bring everything you need for an overnight stay: P.E. or Gym Locker Shower Will be Available
Extra change of clothes. towel, jacket or blanket is recommended
20'x20' Tent for the team will be set up in the bleachers
Due to the size of our team this season, anyone interested in bringing additional tents are welcome
All tents must be tied down
The stadium lights will not be turned on during our relay event
We will have several lights in the snack tent the entire night
Drink Coolers will be set up near the second gate to the track (Do Not Waste Cups)
Gates to our school will be locked around 12:00 AM till around 5:30 AM
Parking: Please park in the stadium parking lot below the the tennis courts. (Stay on the tennis court side of the parking lot)
No one is allowed to loiter in the parking lot or in your car during the relay
Do Not Honk Your Horn, play your Stereo or Set Off Your Car Alarm at Anytime
Do Not Play any Electronic Devices LOUD!!! If we tell you to turn it down, Turn It Down or Turn It Off
Do Not Yell or Scream after 9:30 PM This does not mean it's okay to Yell or Scream before 9:30 PM
Restroom are located at the top of the stadium bleacher and will be open during the 14 hour relay
Please keep the restroom clean (We are responsible for keeping it clean)
All trash must be taken to the dumpster and not left by a rubbish can
Do Not Forget to bring home everything you came with! (Coaches will NOT Pick UP After YOU)
Everyone needs to help with setting up and breaking down
Parent may pick up from the stadium parking lot near the track on Sunday morning
On Sunday, no one leaves until everything is clean and all equipment put away
If everyone helps out!!! We all can leave early or by 7:50 AM
TOO TIRED TO DRIVE HOME? GET A RIDE or let one of the coaches know!!!
