    Для приготовления пищи в любое время года, консервации методом пастеризации в летний, осенний периоды построена ракетная печь из кирпича.

    Ракетная печь (примерно 17 кВт) показала отличные результаты по приготовлению пищи на плите и в духовке. 5 литров воды в котелке на плите закипает за 20 минут. За время приготовления ухи в котелке на плите в духовке одновременно запекается рыба без лишних работ по обволакиванию ее в муке и др. Приготовленная рыба в духовке отличается высокими вкусовыми качествами. Отличная технологичность приготовления пищи в духовке обусловила необходимость в реконструкции ракетной печи.

    За время приготовления ухи и других блюд на плите (30-45 минут) одновременно в духовке запекается рыба или мясо, шашлык. В духовке можно расположить вишневые (другие фруктовые) опилки и мясо, рыба, шашлык запекается с ароматным копченым вкусом.

    Интенсивность нагрева на плите и в духовке хорошо регулируется поворотной заслонкой на дымоходе и крышкой в камере загрузки дров - величиной зазора для подачи воздуха.

    После окончания загрузки дров печь длительное время сохраняет тепло и в духовке за это время выполняется сушка фруктов, овощей и др.

    Печь оборудована зольником (стальной ящиком прямоугольной формы), емкость которого достаточна для 3-5 топок. Мелкодисперсная зола вся накапливается в этом зольнике (ящике) и выгружается вся целиком за один прием для использования в качестве удобрения. Во время работы печи отверстие для зольника герметично закрывается передней стенкой стального ящика (зольника).

    After the end of the loading of firewood, the oven retains heat for a long time and drying of fruit, vegetables, etc. takes place in the oven during this time.

    The furnace is equipped with a ash pan (steel box of rectangular shape), the capacity of which is sufficient for 3-5 furnaces. Fine-dispersed ash all accumulate in this ash-box (box) and is unloaded all in one go for use as a fertilizer. During the operation of the furnace, the hole for the ash pan is sealed by the front wall of the steel box (ash pan).
