What time can you clean my vacant apartment units?
The Apartment Cleaners is able to be flexible to meet our customers' busy schedules. The most common regularly scheduled cleaning occurs between 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday – Friday. Additional times are available upon request.
What products do you use?
Environmentally friendly cleaning products.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, check, money order, PayPal, Google Pay, MasterCard, Visa.
We can also set you up for (Automated Recurring Billing).
What is your policy for cancellations?
24 hour notice, online calendar update, if notice is not provided this may result in fees.
Do I get a discount for referring someone ? Yes, (Absolutely)!
We reward every customer for referrals.
You get a $$ credit for referring a new customer.
If you are not a customer then we will send you $$ for your referral.
Do I have to be at the unit ? No.
You don't have to be at the apartment unit.
You can leave the keys with us and arrange their return.
What needs to be done before the cleaning ?
Unit should be debris and furniture free.
Unit should be treated for insects or pests.

What if I'm not satisfied with my service?
Our services offer consistent, quality cleaning. That's why we offer a cleaning service guarantee, which mean if you notify our office within 24 hours, our house cleaning staff will correct their mistake at no additional charge.
