Apartment Cleaning Jobs

Being employed by (TAC) is a tremendous responsibility.

We work very closely with our customers to satisfy their cleaning needs. We offer flexible schedules and we provide all cleaning supplies and equipment to respond to almost every aspect of cleaning services.

Our Service Hours of Operation Hours are:

Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM.

Saturday Appointment Only.

Sunday Appointment Only.

You should expect to work at least two Saturday's per month.

The latest time we would usually start cleaning a house is 1PM - 3PM.

This job is NOT for everyone.

Building cleaners , also known as housekeepers, are individuals who perform a variety of household chores that can include cleaning, straightening, ironing, washing and general domestic care. Ranging from a one-time cleaning to regular cleaning, there are various types of cleaner who hold different degrees of responsibility. The most common type of maid offers a weekly or bi-weekly house cleaning, though some housekeeping jobs specialize in new construction or move-in and move-out cleaning.

Once hired to work for The Apartment Cleaner Cleaning Services, you will not be able to clean apartments contracted with us outside of our knowledge and written consent. Any attempt to obtain customers from us for personal use will be grounds for immediate termination and/or legal action. There is a NON COMPETE disclosure.

Details about our open positions

Our main operation is cleaning services. Apartment cleaning (make ready) and interior building cleaning for commercial properties and offices. Memphis has many cleaning companies, quality cleaning is our main focus.

POSITION OPEN

The Housekeeper (Entry Level) position is available to candidates whom express a true interest in cleaning homes and offices on a professional level. All training will be provided in the form of videos, seminars and on the job training. This is a probationary position and there is always room for advancement and leadership opportunities.

You may get tips/gratuity daily. Your main job will be to learn the job.

Qualifications:

-Must have a valid drivers license

-Must have reliable transportation. May drive occasionally. Fuel costs assisted.

The Housekeeper (Experienced) position is available to experienced house cleaners and maids. This is a probationary position.

Qualifications:

-Must have a valid drivers license

-Must have 1 year experience in cleaning private homes, apartment units or commercial cleaning.

-Must have reliable transportation. May drive occasionally. Fuel costs assisted.

-Clean Background Check (No unfavorable criminal record)

-Availability Monday thru Friday 7 - 3. Saturdays 8 - 3.

-You must have leadership potential and attributes. Be able to work well with others and maintain a positive attitude at all times.

-Starting pay is between $9.00 - $12.00 dollars per hour while in training, with review after 30 days of probation. If you make it, you may be promoted to a team leader. You may get tips/gratuity daily.

The Office Assistant (Experienced) position is a great position for a person seeking stable employment with a reputable company. This person will gain valuable knowledge in office management, business management, marketing & promotions. The position is a salary position.

Monday, Wednesday & Friday 8:30 - 5 / Thursdays 1:00 - 5:30
