More about me
"A genuine straightforward guy."
"A genuine straightforward guy."
As a complete change of activity during a successful career as a consultant engineer, I decided to follow up my life-long interest in massage. I enrolled on a course at a local college in 2008 and became a qualified massage therapist, not with a view to a career change, but so that I could offer occasional massages to friends at a professional standard. I found it rewarding and soon started to offer this service to other clients in my spare time.
I'm a very active person with a full family life and many interests to keep me fit and healthy, including walking, canoeing and biking. I'm also creative to the extent that I designed and built our unique wooden home, and the cabin which is my massage space. I enjoy making wooden furniture and turning wooden bowls, for our own use and as gifts to friends and family.Â
My wife and I now own a local area of ancient woodland which I manage for conservation, where I spend many happy days working, watching and sharing it's delights with others.
