Eden's yoga journey began nearly 11 years ago in the summer of 2015 when they attended their first yoga class with a group of friends as part of a 30th birthday party. It was love at first bend; they were hooked. Fast forward to 2018 when they decided to take their love of yoga to the next level and become a yoga instructor. Eden believes yoga should be accessible to all, regardless of body type, age or ability. In their teaching, it is their intention to guide students on a journey to a deeper physical and self-awareness. Many come to the mat with preconceived notions that to “do yoga,” one must be very flexible, very strong, and very calm, when these are, in fact, the effects of the practice. Eden endeavors to guide students away from preconceived notions that the students may have about their own flexibility and strength toward a self-compassion that allows them to accept their own uniqueness. That's why it is called a "yoga practice," not a "yoga perfect."
Hiii, I’m Callie! I cannot wait to meet you, as your true authentic self. I thoroughly guide my students through class while cultivating togetherness and creativity. Join me on your mat for a journey of self exploration, discovery and expression!

Hi. I’m Nicole, an elementary school teacher by day and a yogi by night. I completed my 200 and 300 hours YTT in 2022 and 2023 with Breathe for Change. Breathe for Change includes a certificate in mindfulness, breathwork, meditation, and social-emotional learning which I incorporate into my teaching. I am passionate about creating inclusive classes for all people and supporting them in being their best selves. The classes I teach are not limited to a certain level of ability but are perfect for beginners or anyone looking to strengthen and stretch the body and feel rested, rejuvenated, and inspired. I look forward to seeing you on the mat!
Hi there! I’m Sam and I am a huge lover of all things vegan, outdoors, sustainability, weightlifting, and wellness! You can often find me cooking, hiking, reading, or trying new coffee shops. I love movement of all kinds, and yoga brings a special sense of peace and comfort to me. I’ve been practicing since early high school and just became certified through the June Zen Den program. I feel so grateful to be able to guide others through this practice that has given me so much. My favorite thing about yoga is that we are students for life. There is always more to learn, more to try, more to do. Yoga is also deeply individualized… in my classes, I say often that you know your body best and poses should feel good both physically and mentally. I’d love for you to join me and practice together!
Amy completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training through Zen Den’s inaugural program and is thrilled to teach within the same community she learned from! She brings a gentle, approachable, and mindful presence to her classes, creating a welcoming space where students feel comfortable, supported, and encouraged to explore their practice at their own pace. Her teaching emphasizes gentle, intentional movement with attention to breath and foundational alignment. Amy offers a space for students to slow down, turn inward and reconnect with themselves. She strives to make yoga accessible, inviting and restorative for everyone, providing tools for ease, comfort and confidence on and off the mat.
Early on, Sabrina developed a deep passion for healing and finding balance for her mind, body, and spirit. Sabrina has been teaching yoga since 2002. She has gained a 300-hour RYT certification in Hatha yoga, with qigong, and a certification in meditation. Sabrina is also an artist and teaches art for wellness. With her combined knowledge of wellness and creativity, Sabrina was inspired to teach an easy-flowing, combined class that includes yoga, qigong (pronounced chee-gong), and meditation. Qigong is an ancient exercise and healing technique that increases the supply and flow of energy throughout the body with gentle movement and by learning how to stimulate your acupressure points. Sabrina's calm demeanor, gentle guidance, and unique approach allows her to teach and introduce students to explore multiple ways to relax and rejuvenate the mind, body, and spirit.
