Human breast cancer data can be found here. Please download the

• • Read-Depth file for Chr6,

  • Read-Depth file for Chr20 and the

  • Pair-End file .

Please unzip first and do NOT forget to pre-process the data.

A .meander file should get created and loaded.

This process might take some time (~20 mins - 1hour) depending on the chromosome length.

First unzip the files

To run the processed data, first edit the .meander file and replace the paths with the local corresponding path of the files on your pc. 

Then load load the .meander file.
