Hi All,
This Thursday we will prep for the pre-camporee weekend. Meal planning checking patrol boxes and setting up the obstacle course to practice all of our skills.

Greetings Scouters,
Pre-Camporee is coming up next weekend the 6th-8th. Please see the attached flyer ASM Aronsen has created with all the essential information. This event is one of the most fun outings for the scouts and adults. It gives the boys time to work on their scout skills and learn to work together as a patrol. This trip also provides the scouters (that's you parents) an opportunity to assemble the obstacle course and support our scouts. We need all ASM's and new families to help at Pre-Camporee and Camporee for our scouts to have a great experience.
Scouters Bernie will be leading this outing and patrol cook for the adults. He needs a head count to buy food. Please RSVP so that he can have an accurate number. If you have any questions about the outing Bernie has provided his contact information on the flyer.
This email also serves as a reminder that this Thursday is a committee meeting and the meeting will start just after flags. We will finalize Pre-Camporee plans and talk about other upcoming events.
