Final Day Documents

Venue Supervisors are requested to submit the following additional documents/articles, along with the regular daily documents, on 27-02-2026: 

1. ASR – 2 sets (separated): Signed by the Venue Supervisor on each sheet.

2. Consolidated Absentee Statement, duly signed by the Venue Supervisor. (Please prepare separate statements for different types of examinations.)

3. Confidential Report (Submit a NIL Report if not applicable).

4. Utilization Certificate

5. Metal Detector

6. All seals provided by the Main Venue

7. Unused Blank Answer Scripts - 12L, 8L & 2L
