Research Interests

I am a researcher associated with the Malcom Randall (North Florida/South Georgia) Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center. My research is in the field of Neural Engineering, a sub-field of Biomedical Engineering. My current research seeks to better understand the relationship between the peripheral nervous system and obesity, with specific focus on vagal and splanchnic nerve stimulation.
