3. Taxpayers requests for inspection or production of records maintained by the

Assessing Department may be made by calling 269-870-4587 or by emailing

richmondassessing@yahoo.com. A freedom of information act request may be

required

4. The Assessor checks e-mail and voicemails daily and will respond within 5 business

days.
