Weston Coyney

I was born and raised in Weston Coyney ... and still live there today.

Whist it is a small and unremarkable place, in comparison to its nearby neighbour Longton, it does have a little bit of interesting history to it. This page pulls together some relevant information and resources.

The area was mainly farmland until more recent times but there where two notable properties of Weston Coyney Hall and Park Hall.

In WWII there was a Secret QL Site on the top of Park Hall Hills, which was basically a night-time decoy for the nearby Meir Aerodrome and its relates aircraft factories.
