DEADLINE:   

All Weights must be submitted by WEDNESDAY JUNE 19th, 8:00pm

FEES:   

$40 per Athlete
Invoices will be emailed to coaches the day before the event.  Individual entries may pay at the event. 

Day of payment methods include:

• E-transfer (peelmatmen@hotmail.com) (include team name)

• Debit, Credit Card

• Cash

• Cheques Payable to "Matmen Wrestling Club"

ELIGIBILITY:

All Wrestlers must be:

• • OAWA Members in good standing, OR

  • members of a Bonafide Ontario Secondary School Wrestling Program (Coach must be in attendance), OR

  • Members of other province/country association in good standing.

All Takedown competitors must:

• Meet any of the above criteria, OR

• Ontario Jiu Jitsu Association (OJA) in good standing

ONLY COACHES AND MANAGERS WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE COMPETITION FLOOR. ALL COACHES MUST BE LISTED ON THE ENTRY FORM.  ACCREDITATION WILL BE PROVIDED AT THE VENUE.

HOW TO REGISTER YOUR ATHLETES FOR THE TOURNAMENT:

1. Athletes must register BY WEDNESDAY JUNE 19th, 8:00pm

2. E-MAIL TEAM ENTRIES USING THE EXCEL SPREADSHEET TO MISSISSAUGAWRESTLING@GMAIL.COM

ENTRY FORM WILL BE POSTED SHORTLY

3. Confirmation list will be available 6:00pm Thursday, June 18th on TrackWrestling.com 

4. Email any changes/scratches before 9:00pm Thursday, June 20th

5. Individual athlete (not affiliated with a club) must pay their entry fee the day of the event at the registration desk before competing. 

NOTE: Athletes may compete in more than one division.  Please enter the athlete in twice on the entry form.

**If athletes compete in more than one youth division - match conflicts may occur.  In this event, matches will not be held; therefor one match shall be forfeited - no exceptions.  Athletes are limited to a maximum 7 matches per day.

RED DOT VERIFICATION:

Weight verification will be done prior to each session as per OAWA guidelines - 1Kg weight variance upon weight check..  See Schedule

Important - Coaches are responsible for verifying the accuracy of entries.  We ask you check the starting list to ensure changes/corrections the day of the tournament are minimal.  This will ensure the tournament is finished in a timely fashion.  We thank you for your cooperation!
