$40 per Athlete
Invoices will be emailed to coaches the day before the event.  Individual entries may pay at the event.

ONLY COACHES AND MANAGERS WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE COMPETITION FLOOR. ALL COACHES MUST BE LISTED ON THE ENTRY FORM.  ACCREDITATION WILL BE PROVIDED AT THE VENUE.


HOW TO REGISTER YOUR ATHLETES FOR THE TOURNAMENT:

NOTE: Athletes may compete in more than one division.  Please enter the athlete in twice on the entry form.

**If athletes compete in more than one youth division - match conflicts may occur.  In this event, matches will not be held; therefor one match shall be forfeited - no exceptions.  Athletes are limited to a maximum 7 matches per day.

RED DOT VERIFICATION:

Weight verification will be done prior to each session as per OAWA guidelines - 1Kg weight variance upon weight check..  See Schedule

Important - Coaches are responsible for verifying the accuracy of entries.  We ask you check the starting list to ensure changes/corrections the day of the tournament are minimal.  This will ensure the tournament is finished in a timely fashion.  We thank you for your cooperation!
