If you are adding athletes after original form has been submitted, you must submit a new form with for just the add ons.

FEES:   

$50 per Athlete - ALL INDIVIDUALS AND TEAMS WILL PREPAY ONLINE UPON SUBMISSION OF YOUR REGISTRATION FORM

ELIGIBILITY:

All Wrestlers must be:

• • OAWA Members in good standing, OR

  • members of a Bonafide Ontario Secondary School Wrestling Program (Coach must be in attendance), OR

  • Members of other province/country association in good standing.

All Takedown competitors must:

• Meet any of the above criteria, OR

• Ontario Jiu Jitsu Association (OJA) in good standing

ONLY COACHES WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE COMPETITION FLOOR. ALL COACHES MUST BE LISTED ON THE ENTRY FORM.  ACCREDITATION WILL BE PROVIDED AT THE VENUE.  Coaches are deemed accredited if they have registered and started their NCCP courses.  Fully completed NCCP Levels are NOT required for accreditation at this event.

HOW TO REGISTER YOUR ATHLETES FOR THE TOURNAMENT:

1. Athletes must register BY WEDNESDAY DECEMBER 11th, 8:00pm

2. Confirmation list will be available 6:00pm Thursday, December 12th on TrackWrestling.com 

3. Email any changes/scratches before 9:00pm Thursday, December 12th to MississaugaWrestling@gmail.com

NOTE: Athletes may compete in more than one division.  Please enter the athlete in twice on the entry form.

**If athletes compete in more than one youth division - match conflicts may occur.  In this event, matches will not be held; therefor one match shall be forfeited - no exceptions.  Athletes are limited to a maximum 7 matches per day.

ALL ATHLETES WILL BE WEIGHTED IN ON DAY 1 (December 14th) - See the Event Schedule

There will be a weight allowance of: under 70kg (1kg), above 70kg (2kg)
Youth Divisions will be a 1kg Allowance for all divisions.

Important - Coaches are responsible for verifying the accuracy of entries.  We ask you check the starting list to ensure changes/corrections the day of the tournament are minimal.  This will ensure the tournament is finished in a timely fashion.  We thank you for your cooperation!
