Your evaluation in this class will based on a referee report.

For the referee report, please read the Journal of Finance guidelines for how to write a report. You will find in the syllabus suggestions for recent working papers on which you can write a report. You may choose a different paper on the condition that has not been published yet and on a topic related to the class (please check with me first).

Also, if you'd rather present one of these papers in class (then not do the ref report), that's also an option. Just let me know early enough.
