Transglobal semantics

The usual atomistic approaches to semantics, such as causal or teleological, are deeply misguided. The very precondition of semantics and meaning is a rich holistic transglobal world, i.e. narrow world. Separation of either phenomenology or of the world (holistic setting) from intentionality/semantics is wrong. The shift from local atomistic semantic environment first requires extension to global environment, and then to the transglobal, i.e. evidentially narrow phenomenological/conscious environment, promoting the equivalence of your brain in a vat equivalent to your experiential world.
