Supervision, Mentorship, and Consultation for Therapists

Are you working toward your LMFT in CO or WY? Call me for your clinical supervision needs. I am an AAMFT Approved Supervisor working with candidates for licensure who are working toward their LMFT. I have been supervising since I was in my doctoral program and have been an approved supervisor since 2011. Clinical supervision of new candidates is one specialty of mine considering my extensive, hands-on experience training new therapists in university-based clinics. I also specialize in candidates in private or group practice since I myself have had a full time private practice since 2014. In addition, my doctoral degree in MFT advanced my knowledge of the theories and practice of MFT, making me an excellent choice for those of you who still need to prepare for your national MFT exam. My commitment to knowing the laws and regulations of practice in CO allows me to guide you in achieving your license as efficiently as possible. My fees for supervision are from $125 and above depending on how much you charge your own clients for therapy.

AAMFT Approved Group Supervision

I run a monthly online group supervision for MFTCs and LPCs in Colorado. This is not meant to be your primary supervision, instead it would be an add-on to the regular work you do with your individual supervision as required for licensure. Group supervision is small, no more than 5 people. The time is split between all group members who present challenging (but not critical) cases in need of processing, creative approaches, and extra support. Fees are $65 per hour for a 2 hour group. Currently group is one Thursday per month from 10-12p

AAMFT Approved Supervisor Mentorship

Are you wanting to become an AAMFT Approved Supervisor? I am a Supervisor Mentor for LMFTs who are working toward their Approved Supervisor credentials through AAMFT. I have extensive experience mentoring therapists who are working toward this credential. I have mentored a variety of new therapists since 2003 and enjoy using a variety of methods in my mentorship. My fees for mentorship go from $125 and above depending on how much you charge your clients for therapy and supervision.

Consultation for Therapy Professionals

Are you a more experienced therapist who is looking for ongoing or occasional professional consultation in one of my areas of expertise? Whether in groups or individually, I would like to work with you and your colleagues to improve your treatment approaches for the most challenging clinical cases. This is not therapy for therapists, though I also specialize in doing therapy with other therapists as clients. My consultation fee is $200 per hour.

I conduct supervision, mentorship, and consultation via video platform like doxy.me or Zoom. My style is collaborative and I focus on the self-of-the-therapist/supervisor as well as clinical cases, ethics, and professional issues.
